1. General Information
All orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment center located in Maryland, USA.
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping or expedited (express) delivery options.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, high-demand seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Method and Rates
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $20 for all orders within the continental U.S.
Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected at our discretion).
Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.
Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
4. Mushroom Spawn and Biological Products
Some products — including mushroom spawn and other biological materials — are supplied by a trusted third-party spawn supplier.
These products may ship separately from other items in your order and may arrive in different packaging or on different dates.
However, all customer support and communication are handled directly by Jarra Kingdom LLC.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please:
Verify the shipping address you entered.
Check with neighbors or your local post office.
Contact us at jarra.kingdom@gmail.com if the issue is not resolved within 48 hours.
We will assist in contacting the carrier; however, Jarra Kingdom LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos and your order number in an email to jarra.kingdom@gmail.com.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We currently do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO addresses
Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
We plan to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
